We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so we run a fairly basic refund and returns policy, if your not happy with what you bought we will give you your money back!

Due to the nature of the products we sell we don't ask for a return of your purchase because it can't be resold.

All you need to do is let us know that you are not happy with your purchase by either calling us on 04 889 0918 or email hello@thebeardedman.nz within 20 days of your purchase and we will refund your money within 48 hours.
